This fantastic creek front home offers lots of entertainment space (1673 square feet under air condition) to enjoy your Sunshine State vacation. It is luxuriously furnished, lovely decorated, restful, quiet and safe: a pleasant stay for 2 - 4 persons, perfect for “snowbirds“ who want to enjoy the sun instead of the cold winter. The owner requests a minimum of 2 weeks rental and no children or pets.
Master Suite:
The spacious master-suite is charmingly decorated with a tropical flair. A queen size bed with small TV with local channels and DVD player. The stunning master bathroom includes walk-in shower, privacy toilet and a huge vanity. It comes with all the bath towels you might need. A walk-in-closet offers you plenty of space for all your personal belongings.
Guest Suite:
On the other side of the house there is the guest suite which is charmingly furnished with two twin beds (easily to put together to a big one) and a large built-in closet. Next to Guest Bath.
Guest / Pool Bath:
The adjacent, in the best of taste decorated bathroom offers you a toilet, a bath tub, a vanity and a lot of space to store all your personal belongings. A door across the hallway leads to the pool area.
Kitchen:
Refrigerator with icemaker, oven and stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster – the fully stocked kitchen with corian counters and Breakfast Nook table with lovely Pool and Creek views give you all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Dishes and cutlery are sufficiently available. While having breakfast indoors or on the lanai you can enjoy watching exotic wildlife.
Living Area:
The airy living room with vaulted ceilings opens with glass sliders to the screened pool area with covered lanai. This elegant decorated room with lots of nice furnishings provides an escape from the stress of everyday life. Enjoy your evenings with a good glass of wine hearing great music from our selection of CDs. The high ceiling room has a window with a view to the quiet / less traveled street. The large flat screen TV is located in a hutch sofa and lounges chair makes it your favorite chill-out-room. Furnished in Florida style, you will feel like living in a beach lodge. DVDs are provided for your convenience.
Pool / Lanai Area and Outdoor:
Relax in the oversized 22’ x 42’ sunny pool deck with Electric heated pool (optional). The lounge chairs invite you to take a sunbath.
Large outdoor dining table & chairs make it a perfect place to enjoy your vacation in the Sunshine state. While having a cold drink, enjoy the unforgettable sunsets. It is a delight to sit on the comfortable conversation set with a cool drink in your hand and to watch the beautiful tropical garden with palm trees, hibiscus and other exotic flowers. The fantastic view to the long creek can’t be beaten.
Additional Amenities:
A two car garage with electric door opener offers more than enough space for your vehicle. Here, you find 2 bicycles, too. Wi-Fi Internet access. Rotonda West offers plenty of nice bike paths with picnic-tables for a refreshing break. The laundry room features a washing machine, dryer, iron and iron board. For your convenience during your stay a telephone is provided for local use. A charcoal BBQ is also provided but if prefer a gas BBQ, one can be rented from the management company.
Dig your toes in the sand of Florida’s least crowded beaches. Hunt for seashells and pre - historic sharks´ teeth, watch the sea turtles coming ashore to lay their eggs in the sand, take a walk on the beach, swim in the Gulf of Mexico (even in winter the water temperature could be 70 °F).
